In every venture, we actively cultivate a network of strategic collaborators, each bringing a distinctive role and collectively the necessary core competencies required for each unique investment. We do this never losing sight that first and foremost we work for our shareholders as well as other stakeholders. We firmly believe in the value of all these relationships that we share and of every individual, recognizing that our leadership role within this collaboration is integral to driving success for all.
We do all this with humility, understanding what we don’t know and let those that do, excel at their particular expertise, providing them with encouragement and support, but without micro-management.
